To report an IT related system emergency or outage after hours, choose option #4. This will allow you to leave a message for on-call staff. Please check the IT Availability Schedule and IT Alerts websites before calling.

Laptop Support

Troubleshooting and technical support for laptops is available at the Lobo BrainBar.

Lobo BrainBar offers support for personal laptops for persons with any UNM affiliation is available.

The Help.UNM protal is UNM IT's self-service portal where you can submit requests for services and reports issues 24 hours a day. You will be required to log in with your UNM Netid and password.
